Return packages sent without authorization will not be accepted.

For security and logistics reasons, the return address is not displayed publicly.
It will be provided by our team after reviewing your case.
This ensures your package is sent to the correct authorized return center.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Order Not Received
If your package shows no tracking movement or is excessively delayed, we will follow our supplier’s official policies:

60 days after shipping (global orders)

45 days for U.S. orders

If tracking is expired or stuck, we will resend the item or refund you.
Orders marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible unless a non-delivery certification is provided.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
