Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Orders
If tracking shows the package has no updates for 7+ days, please contact us.
Orders are considered lost only if they pass the carrier’s maximum transit time:

If your order qualifies, we will resend or refund according to our policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will replace or refund the affected item.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs fees, or duties required by their country.
These are not included in the product or shipping price.
